The CDA is able to provide programs and services using funding from a variety of sources, federal, state, local and private.   In addition to CDBG funding from HUD, CDA previous project funding has come from the U.S. Dept. of Justice, New York State Department of State, New York State Department of Housing and Community Renewal, Empire State Development Corporation, and the New York State Housing Trust Fund.
