The Community Development Agency is currently in the planning stages for its next round of affordable homes throughout the Village.
These are affordable homes whose owners are selected through a random lottery. The Community Development Agency is now compiling a list of interested applicants. We will work with these applicants and a bank to gather information and determine what is the maximum mortgage amount they can be approved for. All remaining applicants will be entered into a lottery that is scheduled to take place mid summer 2008. You will be notified by mail of the exact date, place, and time of the event. The winners of that lottery will go through another approval process to ensure that they continue to be eligible to participate.
