Foster sustainable downtown revitalization by instituting a transit oriented development that capitalizes on our transportation hub and connectivity to New York City.
Build on the assets of the Village by instituting mixed-use zoning that would create a 24 hour community eliminating undesirable social elements.
Build a Center for the Performing Arts, a movie theater and Civic Center and restaurants in the heart of the Village, making the Village of Hempstead, once again, a premier destination for entertainment and boutique shopping.
